Kayaking is the perfect way to relax and experience Jersey’s secluded beaches, bays and coves. Relax on a guided tour with our professional British Canoe Union qualified instructors. Using the latest “sit on” models for maximum safety and comfort you can appreciate Jersey’s unique and isolated coastal environment that is inaccessible by foot.
Sea kayaking offers the opportunity to experience some of the diverse and interesting wildlife which is found around Jersey’s shores. Whether it is watching Bottle Nose Dolphins playing offshore or Peregrine Falcons hunting these encounters always memorable.
Our tours are family and fun orientated and we include some coasteering, rock-climbing and cliff jumping for the more adventurous within the group.
No experience is necessary and we cater for all ages.
For some evening team building sessions consider our hugely popular Kayak & Crab Shack.
Kayak Tours depart 12.30pm & 3pm daily from St Brelades Bay, where we head off and enjoy the Mediterranean feel of the south west corner of Jersey.

- How many people can go on a kayak tour?
- Maximum group size is 26 but we usually keeps groups down to 8-10
- Do I have to be physically fit?
- Not necessarily as our kayak tours are designed as an introduction to sea kayaking in Jersey
- Do Absolute Adventures cater for parties and school groups?
- Yes kayak tours can be part of a fun beach day or school group. We can accommodate groups of 40+. As an Approved Adventuremark and British Canoe Union Centre this certifies that our equipment, staff qualifications and relevant Health and Safety documents have been independently inspected and approved.
- Do I need to book in advance?
- Yes the kayak tours are very popular and booking in advance is recommended.
- Do we cater for more advanced sea kayakers?
- Yes if you are an experienced paddler or looking for a challenge please get in touch and we can meet your needs, Absolute Adventures is also the provider for Jersey Canoe Club’s pre membership courses
